Painted Italian Side Cupboard
An early 19th century Italian painted side cupboard, with later painted decoration. The paint work was done by a fourth generation family of florentine restorers, using the traditional method of egg tempera. The geometric pattern is typical to Florence, and is commonly found on pieces of this period. Circa 1800.
